In an effort to make sure both dogs and families that adopt are a good match Toby’s Dream Rescue begins our adoption process with an application.  Volunteers screen the applications based on vet references, personal references and a home visit.  Meet and greets are arranged with chosen dog after the application has been reviewed.  Meet and greets are also arranged for pets already in the home.  We are hoping that by following this practice pets and families will have a long healthy life together.
